Lead communication breakthroughs as a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist! We're seeking a passionate clinician to deliver high-quality remote speech therapy services to students with communication challenges throughout Kentucky's educational systems.
Position StructureFull-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week dedicated to direct therapy services and educational collaboration. Work with diverse student populations while managing comprehensive caseload responsibilities through our innovative virtual delivery system.
Student Population & Programming- Elementary developmental speech and language services
- Middle school social communication skill building
- High school vocational and transition communication support
- Therapeutic caseload of 52-58 students with varied needs
- Students with speech delays, language disorders, and processing challenges
- Augmentative communication and assistive technology users
- Virtual speech and language diagnostic evaluations
- Individual and small group therapy session facilitation
- IEP goal development and progress measurement
- Behavioral communication intervention planning
- Cross-disciplinary team collaboration and consultation
- Family education and communication strategy training
- Regulatory compliance and documentation maintenance
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Kentucky speech-language pathology license
- Minimum 2 years of school-based clinical experience
- Virtual service delivery experience preferred
- Advanced technology proficiency and adaptability
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
