Job Summary/Basic Functions

Part-time occupational therapist will provide school-based services for students at Model Laboratory (P-12) School in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Position will work up to 19 hours per week, $40 per hour, as determined by student needs listed on individualized education plans (IEPs).

Licensure & Certifications: Master's degree from accredited institution with licensure for school-based occupational therapy in the state of Kentucky
