Job Description Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency disorders across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, and other care team members
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic processes and home programs
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discharge planning
Stay current with advances in the field through continuing education and professional development
Additional Job Description
Education: Master degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an ASHA accredited program.
Certification/Licensure: Current SC state Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) is required before seeing patients.
