Responsibilities:

* Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans

* Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and social communication skills

* Collaborate with teachers and families to support students' educational goals

* Educate staff on strategies to accommodate students with speech and language challenges

* Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

* Implement interventions within the classroom setting to enhance communication

* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)

Qualifications:

* A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

* FL licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
