Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough physical assessments and reviewing medical histories

Monitoring and documenting patient progress towards rehabilitation goals

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting
Current state license to practice as a physical therapist
Compliance with professional standards and practices
Valid CPR certification
Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various business locations
