SLP in Plainfield, IL

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in an early childhood school setting. This position is located in Plainfield, IL, and is for the current school year (NSY).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for young children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students communication needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development

Qualifications:

• Current SLP license with CCC certification
• Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of early childhood speech and language development
• Ability to engage young learners and adapt therapy techniques accordingly
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
