Job Description


A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive services in a dynamic K-12 school setting located in Van Nuys, CA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) with the school year duration of 24-25 weeks.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric healthcare and school environments
  • Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent clinical experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support students across K-12 grade levels

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver therapy services in person and through teletherapy platforms as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school policies
