Job Description


A unique opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services within a county school setting. This role involves working directly with K-12 students experiencing mild to moderate speech and language challenges. The position is a contract assignment, requiring the professional to work onsite with no remote options at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students with mild to moderate communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on student evaluations
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12), addressing mild to moderate speech and language disorders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to work onsite within the assigned county and adhere to contract terms

Location:

  • Onsite within the county, serving K-12 students. Remote work is not available for this position.
