Job Description
A bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Schertz, TX. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, supporting communication development and addressing speech and language needs across grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, screenings, and evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address articulation, fluency, language, and voice disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Utilize bilingual skills to serve and communicate effectively with English and non-English speaking students and families.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification/license appropriate for school settings.
- Proficiency in bilingual speech-language pathology services.
- Experience working with children from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of students.

Duration: Full academic year contract (2025-2026)
