A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the 2025-26 school year at a K-12 school located in Yelm, WA, serving students across all grade levels. This is a contract opportunity for the entire school year (NSY), with a focus on providing onsite support to students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments and therapy to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and school personnel
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as an SLP or SLPA in the school setting
- Experience working with K-12 students, either in schools or related environments
- Willingness to work onsite within the Yelm, WA area
- New graduates or candidates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
