Speech and Language Pathologist in Jacksonville, FL

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a contract position starting August 2, 2024. This role supports students from PreK through 2nd grade, providing targeted speech and language services to enhance communication skills and support academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and individualized therapy
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of young learners
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report on student outcomes regularly throughout the school year

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with early childhood populations (PreK to 2nd grade)
• Strong ability to design and execute individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and educational teams
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida
