A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a contract position starting August 2, 2024. This role supports students from PreK through 2nd grade, providing targeted speech and language services to enhance communication skills and support academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and individualized therapy
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of young learners
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on student outcomes regularly throughout the school year
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with early childhood populations (PreK to 2nd grade)
- Strong ability to design and execute individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and educational teams
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida
