DCS Therapeutic Massage is looking for another LMT to add to our staff. This is an employment position that offers a base pay plus treatment incentive, vacation pay, and continuing education. There will be an insurance option after completion of credentialing following 120 day probationary period.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
*Ability to document/chart appropriately and thoroughly for all patient records *before leaving for the day* both injury treatment as well as asymptomatic wellness care.
*Ability to perform myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretches, traction, hot/cold therapy; the more modalities the better.
*Personable/great people skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to work in a team environment.
*Is punctual, responsible, trustworthy
*No prior history or current malpractice suit.
*Current Washington license & up to date on State required Continuing Education
*Current Malpractice Insurance.
All providers are required to become credentialed with major medical insurance. Credentialing assistance is provided by the office.
Each room equipped with hydraulic table.
Compensation includes a base pay for office time plus a bonus for in treatment time based on experience and credentialing as well as up to 8 hours of CE per year after the first year of employment.
