We are currently seeking exceptional Speech Language Pathologist candidates for the 2025-2026 school year Districtwide.
The strongest candidate will:
Inspire each student to learn continuously
Demonstrate intrinsic value
Have individual gifts and talents
Contribute to the benefit of the community
Build relationships on mutual trust and respect
Desire to learn and grow through personalized learning
Qualifications:
Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field
Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 25, 2025 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process.
Minnesota Teacher License: Speech Language Pathologist
We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify

Compensation & Paid Leave
Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $50,715 and MA: $62,085; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
Performance Awards available
Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave given yearly
Health Insurance
Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,115 per month toward family plans.
Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans
District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
Fully paid life insurance and long term disability premiums
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for pre-tax medical and dependent care
Retirement
403b with a district match of up to 2.25% of annual salary
District contribution of 8.75% to MN Teacher Retirement Association (TRA)
