Source Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Falls City, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/23/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Additional Details Trauma Level --- Charting System MEDITECH - 6.07 Unit Notes Shift: M-F 8a-5p (approximately) some weekend rotations for in-patient treatments, if needed. Certifications required/preferred: Must hold a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Nebraska and hold board certification according to state regulations. BLS certified. Years of experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital in patient and outpatient setting. Call requirements: Availability on weekends for assessments if needed for hospital in-patient admissions.
