Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the upcoming school year, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic school environment located in Fishers, IN. This contract role runs from August 1, 2025, through May 29, 2026, offering a structured schedule with guaranteed hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 to 70 students. Collaborate closely with another SLP who specializes in supporting nonverbal life skills students to ensure comprehensive care. Deliver services across both the high school and middle school settings, splitting time efficiently between the two campuses. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with educators and families. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment. Qualifications: Must hold a valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred. Ability to manage a caseload with support from designated staff. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills for working across grade levels and with multidisciplinary teams.
