Location: Atlanta, GA We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Position Summary: As a CFY Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and/or adults with communication and swallowing disorders. You'll work under the supervision of an ASHA-certified SLP while completing your Clinical Fellowship requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy in individual and group settings Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals Attend staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines Provisional Georgia state license (or in process of obtaining) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for helping individuals improve their communication Compensation: $35-$50+ per hour, based on experience Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Supportive clinical supervision and mentorship Opportunities for growth and advancement Join a team dedicated to clinical excellence and your professional success.
