About us
We are a small private practice that is fully engaged in helping our patients and clients meet their rehab goals through a hands on, evidence based approach with an emphasis on functional strength training and manual therapy. The work atmosphere is relaxed, fun, and family-like, to help provide a comfortable environment for patients to heal. We typically book patients every 30 minutes with any overbooking on a case by case basis.
```Duties:```
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
