Overview:
Due to growth, Physicians Rehab Solution is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position at Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio in Dayton, OH. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. There are both staff-level and Clinic Director opportunities available.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Full-time PTs should expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day. Clinic Directors perform a mix of managerial duties and provide direct patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $80,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.
Physicians Rehab Solution offers benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), PTO, Life Insurance, and Continuing Education.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 7 am - 5 pm. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays!

Job Requirements:
Eligible for OH state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
