Key responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and reduce pain or discomfort Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments and modalities in accordance with physician orders Reassess and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and physician consultation Supervise and direct certified staff including Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides Observe and evaluate treatment effectiveness; recommend modifications to the plan of care as needed Address psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs with respect and empathy Ensure accurate, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and patient charges Foster a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes optimal patient outcomes Participate in department performance improvement activities and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards Support staff orientation and continuing education; track performance and contribute to a culture of excellence To qualify, you must have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required. Doctoral degree in physical therapy preferred.
