Per Diem, Day Shift, variable shifts M-S dept. needs 7-3:30, or 8-4:30, 9-5:30; Pay Rate=$67.98 per hour.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will support San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital's strategic plan and the organization's mission to provide safe, high-quality, personalized healthcare services, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Commitment.
The Occupational Therapist provides patient care including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, family training and the application of treatment techniques in accordance with designated practice act and department policy and procedure.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required, Suitable combination of education, training, or experience along with a California license in Occupational Therapy is acceptable.
Licensure:
Current License from the Occupational Therapy Board of California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience:
1+ years of clinical experience highly preferred.
Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic Computer Skills

Estimated pay is based on qualifications (including but not limited to experience, education, certifications, and licensure where applicable).
