QUALIFICATIONS:

-Education: Currently licensed as Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in PA, with advanced certification as a Certified Hand Therapist

-Experience: Occupational therapy or Physical therapy experience

-Required skills: Certified Hand Therapist Preferred Skills: Setting specific certifications.
