The PT will provide exceptional care to patients through evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation in a collaborative and supportive environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are self-driven and passionate about improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform evaluations and provide treatment per physician referrals or direct access. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in executing the PT plan of care. Treat injured workers and understand ACOMP systems for Return to Work plans. Utilize and become proficient with clinic equipment and modalities. Conduct and interpret Work Hardening Evaluations, FCEs, ergonomic assessments, and job analyses. Handle administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling, and patient intake. Use correct billing practices and update rehab nurses weekly on patient progress. Maintain timely communication with referring providers through evaluation and progress notes. Assist with community outreach and marketing activities as needed. Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment. Adhere to all licensing, insurance, and documentation standards. Requirements: License: Valid and active PT license in the state of Arizona (must be in good standing). Experience: Open to candidates with various experience levels; new grads may be considered. Certifications: None specified; specialty skills are a plus.
