Location: Salida, CA

Job Duties for Physical Therapist:

2+ years' of experience

Assess and evaluate Therapeutic/Rehab patient status, create a patient care plan, and complete patient assessment

Knowledge of clinical/progress patient summaries and patient discharge planning

California Physical Therapist License is required

Bachelor's/Master's in Physical Therapy is required
