We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our virtual team, providing high-quality teletherapy services to K-12 students across Idaho . This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success. Using our cutting-edge teletherapy platform, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to deliver personalized, results-driven support. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to determine students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to student goals and progress Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions through an interactive online platform Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student development Track and document therapy progress, adjusting interventions as needed Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical insights and recommendations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Idaho SLP license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required 2+ years of school-based experience preferred Proficient with teletherapy platforms and digital tools Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Desktop or laptop compatible with our teletherapy software (Note: Tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) Must successfully complete a technical screening to ensure platform compatibility How to Apply
