Are you a motivated, compassionate COTA looking for a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real impact in the lives of older adults? Independence Rehab is on the lookout for a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our incredible therapy team, serving two of the most beautiful facilities in the Portland metro -Rose Linn and Rose Villa!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support patients through adaptive ADL retraining and all types of transfers

  • Provide care for both routine and clinically complex cases

  • Receive any needed competency training -we'll set you up for success!

What We're Looking For:
  • Current Oregon COTA license in good standing

  • Associate degree from an accredited OTA program

  • Energetic, organized self-starter who genuinely loves working with seniors

  • Preferably 1+ year of SNF experience-but if you're a caring, licensed new grad with a heart for geriatrics, we still want to meet you!
