Duration: August 18, 2025 - June 2, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored speech and language interventions for students.
- Collaborate with special education teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and strategies for support.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
- Extensive experience working with K-8 students, particularly those with social/emotional disabilities.
- Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
