Job Description

Location: Little Falls, NY
Grades: K-12 (primarily elementary, with some high school students)
Duration: Leave Contract (September 2025 June 2026)
Schedule Options:
- 8:00 AM 2:30 PM
- 7:30 AM 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to each student's unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement accommodations and modifications
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes
- Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support student success
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP Certification (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or SLP School certification
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and educational regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
