Job Description
A full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to support K-12 students. This contract position is based in Fairfield, CA, and serves students across multiple locations including Vacaville, Benicia, and Fairfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with children in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
- Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and best practices
- Ability to work full-time during the school year, providing in-person services across assigned locations

- Primary location in Fairfield, CA, with service coverage extending to Vacaville and Benicia
