This full-time, hybrid role provides support to infants, toddlers, and their families throughout Washington and Allegheny Counties.

Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist plays a key role in providing developmental support to infants and toddlers through assessments, family-centered planning, and direct therapeutic services. This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support children with developmental delays and to guide families through early learning and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in interdisciplinary developmental assessments across all domains
Conduct evaluations, identify strengths and needs, and write formal assessments
Recommend IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) outcomes and intervention strategies
Develop positive, supportive relationships with families
Maintain regular communication with the Associate Director of Early Intervention
Deliver occupational therapy services in alignment with early childhood best practices
Qualifications
PA License in Occupational Therapy (required)
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required)
Willingness to travel throughout Washington and Allegheny Counties
Experience in Early Intervention is helpful but not required
