• Work-Life Balance: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts with occasional weekend work (approximately 12 weekend days annually). Flexible scheduling to meet personal and departmental needs.
• Desirable Practice Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation team at Bryant T. Aldridge Rehabilitation Center serving primarily older adults recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medical events.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience and professional certification level (Clinical Levels IIV). Eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications :

• Degree : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure : Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina PT license.
• Skillset : Strong evaluation and intervention skills with adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
• Experience : All experience levels welcome; tiered pay based on years of experience.
