A skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with pediatric experience is sought to provide home health services within the Colorado Springs area. This full-time contract role offers the flexibility to design your own schedule while managing a caseload of 23 half-hour visits weekly. • Non-school year (NSY) contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes
• Manage and organize a caseload of approximately 23 half-hour visits per week
• Structure and coordinate daily schedules independently, ensuring efficient travel between client homes (travel time is limited to 10 minutes)
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with current state licensure
• Pediatric home health experience preferred; candidates with school or hospital pediatric experience will be considered
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a flexible caseload
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within the service area
