Remote Speech Language Pathologist - Grand Rapids, MI

Join our innovative team of speech language pathologists delivering exceptional virtual therapy services! We're seeking a dedicated SLP to provide comprehensive remote speech and language intervention to students across Michigan through our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform.

Transform the way speech therapy is delivered in educational settings. You'll work with students ranging from early childhood through high school, addressing diverse communication needs including articulation disorders, language delays, fluency challenges, and social communication difficulties. Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting specific communication goals. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools adapted for virtual delivery. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure carryover of skills across environments. Document progress through detailed session notes and data collection systems.

Provide direct therapy services through one-on-one and small group sessions. Develop creative materials and activities optimized for screen-based interaction. Train school staff and families in supportive strategies to enhance communication development. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication-related accommodations and modifications.

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Active Michigan speech language pathology license in good standing. Minimum two years of experience providing speech therapy services in school-based settings.

Strong technology skills with ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and digital tools. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and age groups. Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace for conducting virtual sessions.
