Speech Pathology - Burnsville, MN

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to serve K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year in the St. Paul, MN area. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed professional seeking to support student communication development across a diverse educational environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and inclusion
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal education regulations
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and providing consultation as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Department of Education License with Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with K-12 student populations is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
