Travel Respiratory Therapist 13-Week Contract
Location: Billings, Montana
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Day Shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring an experienced and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel contract in Billings, MT. This role offers the chance to join a dedicated respiratory care team in a respected healthcare facility while enjoying the scenic beauty of Montana.

The Respiratory Therapist will provide advanced cardiopulmonary care for patients with respiratory deficiencies and abnormalities. This role includes performing diagnostic tests, managing treatments, and supporting patients and their families in achieving better health outcomes.

• Administer respiratory care treatments, therapies, and medications per physician orders
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including arterial blood gases
• Initiate and follow respiratory protocols for assessment and intervention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and equipment use
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Collaborate with medical staff and act as a mentor to CRTs

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT)
• Active state license to practice in Montana (or willing to obtain)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience preferred
