Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health/SNF

Shift : Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MN License
• 1 year experience
• Must have home health experience
• BLS

• Radius of 40 miles
• 5 cases per day
• Charting System: Remote Client
