School-Based Physical Therapist - Baldwinsville, New York

A full-time or part-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide on-site services for K-12 students in a school setting. This role involves working with pediatric populations to support their physical therapy needs throughout the school year as well as during the summer Extended School Year (ESY) session. The position is based in Baldwinsville, NY and offers both contract and potentially longer-term opportunities for the 2025-2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students physical therapy needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students mobility and functional abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student IEP development

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
