Olentangy Local Schools is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy and communication support to students with diverse needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to student growth and success.
Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess students, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy designed to support academic achievement and social communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech-language assessments and prepare clear evaluation reports
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide therapy targeting articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatics
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress updates
Maintain compliance documentation and monitor student outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Ohio SLP License
Ohio Department of Education School Certification for SLPs
ASHA CCC preferred
School-based experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Job Details:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours
Caseload: K12 students (assignments based on district needs)
