Speech-Language Pathologist Needed Help Students Communicate in Olentangy Schools

Olentangy Local Schools is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy and communication support to students with diverse needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to student growth and success.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess students, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy designed to support academic achievement and social communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and prepare clear evaluation reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide therapy targeting articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatics

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress updates

• Maintain compliance documentation and monitor student outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Ohio SLP License

• Ohio Department of Education School Certification for SLPs

• ASHA CCC preferred

• School-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments based on district needs)
