4 Day Work Week - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Glendale, AZ area

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, onsite positions in a K8 district in Glendale, Arizona for the 20252026 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative therapy team with a 4-day work week !

Position Overview:

• Location: Glendale, AZ

• Schedule: 38 hours/week, MondayThursday

  • Standard: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Alternate: 6:30 AM 4:30 PM (if preferred)

• Caseload: K8th grade students

• Setting: Onsite only

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT

• Provide direct therapy services to K8 students

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student participation

• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with progress monitoring

• Support students in developing fine motor, visual motor, and self-care skills

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona COTA License

• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
