A Speech Language Pathologist with expertise in pediatrics and teletherapy is needed to provide comprehensive speech and language services at an elementary through middle school level. This role focuses on delivering high-quality intervention and support for students with diverse communication needs during the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for 45 to 50 students across elementary and middle school grades.
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite 5 days per week, 7.5 hours per day.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and teletherapy as appropriate to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state licensing and ESA certification standards.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist and valid ESA certification.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery models.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and engage students in therapy.
