Occupational Therapist Needed Support Functional Skills in Grove City Schools

South-Western City Schools is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students develop fine motor skills, self-care abilities, and independence in the classroom. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team committed to student success.

Position Overview:
As an OT, you will assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy that supports academic participation and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and create detailed reports

• Develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs

• Provide therapy targeting fine motor coordination, sensory processing, and adaptive skills

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

• Attend IEP meetings and document all services accurately

• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy License

• Ohio Department of Education Certification for School-Based OT

• Prior school or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
