Speech-Language Pathologist Needed Help Students Succeed in Grove City, Ohio

South-Western City Schools is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver therapy and assessment services that support communication development and academic success for students of all ages. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, collaborative team.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, youll assess speech and language needs, develop individualized plans, and provide interventions that help students build essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and prepare reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Ohio SLP License

• Ohio Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

• ASHA CCC strongly preferred

• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
