Position Overview:
As an OT, you will assess students, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions that promote independence and participation in school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and prepare detailed reports

• Create and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Deliver therapy targeting fine motor coordination, self-care skills, and sensory processing

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support student progress

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to planning and monitoring

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy License

• Ohio Department of Education Certification for School-Based OT

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
