A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Oakland, CA. This role involves working within a healthcare-related school setting, providing specialized speech-language services to support students communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Current CCC from ASHA as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology.
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based speech therapy settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
