A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive assessment and therapy services in a pediatric healthcare and school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric healthcare and school environments.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and caseload management.
- Provide supervision and guidance to experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Experience in pediatric healthcare and school-based settings preferred.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work full time with a flexible start date.
- Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of current assessment tools, intervention techniques, and documentation standards.
