Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care and improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to the needs of patients with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage therapy interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients.
• Adhere to all state regulations and clinic policies regarding massage therapy practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a therapeutic massage therapist.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they relate to massage therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage.
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous but not required.
