Lincoln Hospital and Clinics is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. Position Details:
Part Time: 24-30 hours per week
Hourly Wage: $42.00 - $49.00 per hour, depending on experience

In this position, you will:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in adult patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.
Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and recommend appropriate diet modifications and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, and dietitians to ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home programs, and strategies to support communication and swallowing function.
Document all patient care services accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and staff education as needed.
Maintain compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Experience: Prior experience providing speech therapy services in hospital or long-term care settings. Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Strong assessment and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to provide age-appropriate and patient-centered care
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration across disciplines
