As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with communication disorders. This includes evaluating speech and language abilities, developing individualized treatment plans (IEPs), collaborating with educators and families, and tracking student progress toward communication goals. Your expertise will help students overcome barriers to learning and thrive in academic and social settings.
Required Qualifications in MarylandTo be considered for this position, candidates must:
Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Possess an active Maryland license through the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers & Speech-Language Pathologists
Hold or be eligible for Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification for school-based practice
Have ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in pursuit of it
Meet all state and federal background check and fingerprinting requirements
