Position Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Caseload: Approximately 5560 students
Student Population: Transitional Kindergarten (TK) 6th Grade

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students in a school-based setting in Santa Clarita, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with TK through 6th grade students to help improve their access to learning and participation in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Implement individualized therapy programs aligned with students' IEP goals

• Monitor and document student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional performance in the classroom

• Manage a caseload of approximately 5560 students across TK6 grade levels

Qualifications:

• Active California COTA license

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in an educational team setting
