Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist Norwalk, Connecticut

An in-person physical therapist opportunity is available for an Extended School Year (ESY) contract from July 7, 2025, to July 31, 2025. This position supports K-12 students in a school setting, providing essential therapeutic services during the summer session. The role is located in Norwalk, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs across grades K-12.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights regarding students physical development.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license with current credentials.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy services.
