Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Location: Florida Panhandle Area School-Based Settings
Schedule: Full-Time | 20252026 School Year
Pay: $47$51 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language services to a diverse student population across one or more school sites in the Florida Panhandle area. Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both English and Spanish as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input and recommendations
  • Support language development and communication strategies across educational settings
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Florida SLP License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
